1. Who We Are

Hernandez Pro Detailing LLC is a mobile auto detailing business serving the Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon. We come to your home or workplace.

2. What We Collect

When you request a quote or book an appointment through this site, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The service address where you want the work done (street and city)
• Details about your vehicle, including type and its current condition
• The services you select and the appointment time you choose
• Any notes you choose to add

Our hosting and security provider, and Google Analytics, also process basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.

3. How We Use It

We use your information to schedule and perform your service, to send appointment confirmations and reminders, and to respond to your questions.

If you check the optional box when booking, we also use your phone number to send follow-up messages after your detail and occasional offers. That box is never checked for you, and you can book without it.

4. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business:

• Square — scheduling, payments, and appointment messages.
• Cloudflare — hosting and security for this website and our booking service, and site analytics.
• Google Fonts — font delivery. Google receives visitor IP addresses as part of serving the fonts this site uses.
• Google Analytics — website analytics. Google receives visitor information, such as IP address and browser details, when you visit pages that include Google Analytics.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Text Messaging

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Reply HELP for help.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies: We do not use cookies for advertising. Our own site code does not set any cookies, other than those set by Google Analytics, described below.

Cookies from our hosting and security provider: This site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies for security, bot protection, and basic site operation. For example, Cloudflare may set a cookie named “cf_clearance,” which records the result of an automatic check that helps tell real visitors apart from bots, so you are not checked again on every page. Cloudflare sets and manages these cookies, and they may change as Cloudflare updates its security services.

Browser storage: We store a single value in your browser’s session storage to remember that you have already seen the intro animation, so it does not replay as you move between pages. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a feature of our hosting provider, to see basic visit statistics such as which pages are viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies and does not follow you to other sites.

Google Analytics: We also use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, how you arrived, your approximate location (city level), your browser and device type, and whether you start a quote or booking request. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code) to tell visits apart. We only send Google the name of an action, such as “quote started.” We never send what you type into our quote and booking forms, including your name, phone number, email, or address. We have not turned on Google’s advertising features. Google may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve its products. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising: We do not currently use advertising pixels, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. Links to our Instagram are ordinary links — nothing is loaded from Instagram unless you click through.

Managing cookies: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of this site may not work as expected — for example, you may be shown extra security checks, or features such as booking may not work properly.

If this changes: If we add other analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page before they go live, name each tool and what it collects, and update the effective date. We will never send the information you enter in our booking forms, including your phone number, to advertising or analytics platforms.

Do Not Track: Because we do not currently track visitors across sites, we do not alter our behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service and to keep ordinary business records.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the personal information we hold.

9. Your Choices

10. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date below.
