Terms of Service
Effective September 27, 2026
1. Services
Hernandez Pro Detailing LLC provides mobile auto detailing at your location in Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Jacksonville, and Eagle Point, Oregon.
2. Quotes
Quotes generated on this site are estimates. We confirm the final price on-site once we have seen the vehicle and its actual condition.
Ceramic coating and paint correction are quoted individually after we inspect the paint.
3. Bookings
An online booking is a request for an appointment until we confirm it with you.
4. Weather and Rescheduling
Extreme weather conditions can affect the quality of a detail, so if the forecast looks bad on your scheduled day, we'll reach out to reschedule at no extra cost. Normal Rogue Valley weather isn't a problem — we work through it.
5. Cancellations
Need to cancel or reschedule? Contact us as early as possible.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Before we arrive, please remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle, and make sure we can safely access it.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service.
8. Pre-Existing Damage and Liability
Before we begin any work, we take photos documenting your vehicle’s existing condition. This creates a clear record of any pre-existing damage, scratches, or wear, which protects both you and us.
To help us care for your vehicle safely, please remove any valuables and personal items before your appointment, let us know about any existing damage or areas of concern, and make sure we have safe access to the vehicle.
9. Text Messaging Terms
Appointment messages. If you book with us, you will receive appointment confirmations and reminders by text.
Follow-up and promotional messages. These are sent only to customers who check the optional opt-in box when booking. They include post-service follow-ups such as review requests, and occasional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at (541) 973-6127.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
